Rachel Rutt is just so cool I can't even handle. She's not, like, pretty pretty, but there's just something about her. She looks so quirky at times, but she gives such fierce editorials too. I just love this girl, and she looks so fun to be around. I love it that she could those rock faint eyebrows. Mines are uber faint and sparse and I just look weird.
