Castello Cavalcanti

Wes Anderson never fails.  In this fashion short by Prada and him, Castello Cavalcanti, Anderson again utilizes his signature eccentric style, with the panoramic movement of camera, long takes, horizontal camera moves, the color palette and the soundtrack to tell the story of the egocentric car racer, starred by one of his recurring actors, Jason Schwartzman.  I've always found the Anderson-esque style delightful and unique, and easy to the eye.  This short is, well, pretty short, for it leaves me wanting for more.  Then again, it ended on a perfect note, when Schwartzman, the fast-speaking race car driver, decided to stay behind for a little while and get in touch with his family heritage.  Well, there is one thing though.  Where are all the awesomeness of Prada clothing and gears? I'm quite confused.
