Pretty girl and the daughter of Mick Jagger, Georgia May Jagger is the it girl in season. (don't kill me, but she's way better than Cara Delevingne in my opinion.) And that tooth gap is to die for.
This TED talk is from quite some time ago. It is she, Sarah Kay, who introduced me to the world of spoken word poetry. I have to admit, I have not tried it before, and I don't think I dare to in the near future due to my over-self-consciousness and hate for being in the spotlight and performing. I still love watching her, and other spoken word poets nonetheless; listening to their words, their thoughts and their worlds. I'd love to one day be one of them, and produce beautiful poetry that moves people, inspires people and leave people in awe. Here are a few of my favorites of Sarah Kay, apart from "B" and "Hiroshima" in the above video.
Well, I'm not late this time. This new Roshambo Rock video from Free People is a prequel of the original Roshambo video, and I fell in love with this video just as I did for the last one. Plus, who doesn't love them some Youth Lagoon in the backgroud. (What's the other song?) Great job, Free People!
I just love this short film by Free People, (yes, I know it's from feburary, but...) I'm still drooling over all the beautiful magical clothing items and accessories and all that...and the mood of the film, the characters (Sheila Marquez, and Christopher Abbot), their lives and the background music is just plain perfection.
yay to Lord Huron, their music just makes me happy happy happy.
Rachel Rutt is just so cool I can't even handle. She's not, like, pretty pretty, but there's just something about her. She looks so quirky at times, but she gives such fierce editorials too. I just love this girl, and she looks so fun to be around. I love it that she could those rock faint eyebrows. Mines are uber faint and sparse and I just look weird.
A city girl as I am, sometimes (by sometimes I mean most of the time) I dream of being a wild child, a boho babe, even a forest nymph running in the fields in rugged boots and floral crowns. But as we all know, expectations are never the actual reality. So, I will just let these photos quench my dire thirst now, before I, hopefully transform into a boho babe someday...
